Seems Like A Simple Question...


"Is a Power of Attorney Valid for someone who is deceased?"

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Unfortunately, a Power of Attorney can not be granted by a person who is Deceased. Even if they gave the Power of Attorney before their death, they very clearly state that they expire upon the persons death.
